These Terms of Use govern your use of the Us iOS application and related services. By signing in or using Us, you agree to these terms and the Us Privacy Policy. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS application; if these terms conflict with that agreement, the terms that provide the required rights to Apple and users control.
You must be at least 13 years old, legally able to agree to these terms, and authorized to use the Apple account used for Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your device, account security, and activity performed through your account.
Us provides a private shared space for two people to manage tasks, dates, wishes, plans, files, loyalty cards, time capsules, and related content. Some features require internet access, Apple services, notifications, or third-party infrastructure.
An invite code can connect two accounts. Only share or enter a code when both participants intend to create a shared space. After connection, each participant can view shared content and may be able to edit, delete, download, or retain it. Ending a relationship or deleting one account does not necessarily remove copies already available to the other participant.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process that content only as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and share the content, including information about other people.
You may not use Us to:
Us is designed for convenient coordination, not as the sole archive for irreplaceable records. Keep independent copies of important photos, documents, dates, codes, and other information. Do not store payment-card credentials, government identifiers, passwords, or other secrets that should not be accessible to your partner.
We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve the service. You may stop using Us or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address a violation, security risk, abuse, legal requirement, or material threat to users or the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Us is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free synchronization, permanent storage, or that every notification will arrive. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of Us is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or relationship disputes arising from use of the service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
Apple is not responsible for operating or supporting Us. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance services. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the terms applicable to your iOS license and may enforce those terms. App Store billing and distribution are governed by Apple’s terms.
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
