Us is a private shared space for two people. This Privacy Policy explains how the Us iOS application collects, uses, shares, and protects information.
Us uses Sign in with Apple as its only authentication method. We receive the Apple account identifier assigned to Us and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address or Apple private relay address. We do not receive your Apple ID password.
We process the information you add to Us, including profile details, relationship dates, tasks, calendar events, wishes, savings plans, loyalty-card data, time capsules, important people, photos, documents, and related notes. Content in a connected couple space is shared with the other participant.
We may process a push-notification token, basic device and app information, diagnostics, and security records needed to operate and protect the service.
With your consent, Us sends limited product events to AppMetrica: first registration, the name of a viewed screen, creation of a couple, and addition of a task or wish. These events do not include the text, title, photo, file, barcode, note, invite code, or other private content you enter.

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only as needed to provide Us, follow your instructions, protect users and the service, or comply with law.
Us and its service providers may process information outside your state or country. Where required, transfers are handled using safeguards provided by applicable law and the relevant service-provider terms.
We retain account and shared-space data while it is needed to provide Us. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and personal account data. If a connected partner remains, shared content may remain available to that partner as their copy of the shared space. If no partner remains, the shared space and associated files are scheduled for deletion. Limited security, transaction, or backup records may remain temporarily where required for legal, fraud-prevention, or technical-recovery purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal certain decisions. Us does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use AppMetrica’s advertising-support module.
We use authenticated access, row-level database policies, encrypted network connections, private storage controls, and optional device authentication for shared files. No system can guarantee absolute security, so keep independent copies of important information and protect access to your Apple account and device.
Us is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us through the Us support page.
We may update this policy to reflect product, legal, or service changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required.

GitHub issues are public, so do not include private content, invite codes, Apple credentials, or other sensitive information. To delete your account without contacting support, open Us → Couple Settings → Delete account.
