Us is a private shared space for two people. For help with signing in, connecting a partner, synchronization, account deletion, privacy, or another issue, open a request at https://github.com/Live-Oooops/us-legal/issues/new.
GitHub issues are public. Do not include private task or wish text, uploaded files, invite codes, Apple credentials, email addresses, or other sensitive information. For account-deletion assistance, only state that you need help; support may move verification to a private channel.
Us requires Sign in with Apple. Confirm that your device is signed into iCloud, has an internet connection, and allows Sign in with Apple. There is no password or email-only sign-in method.
Invite codes contain six characters, expire after 15 minutes, and can be used once. Ask your partner to create a new code in Us → Couple settings → Invite.
Confirm that both devices are online and both users are signed in. Close and reopen Us. If the issue continues, include the app version and iOS version in your support request, but do not send private task text, files, invite codes, or Apple credentials.
